About the role
We are looking for an HR Executive to hire and manage our growing team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for creative, marketing and real estate sales roles, and handle day-to-day HR operations at our Noida office.

s and post jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
Source, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and test tasks with the hiring managers
Review portfolios for creative roles and check sales track records for real estate roles
Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and run onboarding and induction
Maintain attendance, leave, employee records and payroll inputs
Manage joining and exit formalities,



including documentation and full-and-final settlement
Drive employee engagement, performance review cycles and team retention
Build and maintain HR policies, SOPs and a talent pipeline for future hiring Requirements
25 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles
Experience hiring for real estate sales, digital marketing or creative roles is strongly preferred
Understanding of what makes a positive video editor, designer, sales executive and ads specialist
Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
Positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets
Graduate required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

What we offer
Salary:
20,000 – 40,000 per month, based on experience
