Rainbow Group is a Thane-based group of businesses that includes Rainbow International School (CBSE, K–12) and the Rainbow Preschool International chain of centres. We are hiring a Campus In-charge to lead the day-to-day running of a campus, from admissions and parent relations to staff coordination and safety.

What you'll do
Lead overall campus operations – daily routines, discipline, facilities, transport coordination, housekeeping and safety
Manage the admissions front office: enquiries, campus tours, counselling, walk-in follow-up and enrolment targets with the admissions team
Build robust parent relationships – handle queries, feedback and escalations quickly and professionally
Supervise teaching, administrative and support staff; coordinate attendance, duty rosters and substitutions
Work with the academic team to ensure timetables, assessments, events and parent meetings run on time
Ensure compliance with school safety, fire,



health and statutory norms and keep records audit-ready
Plan and run campus events, open days and community activities that strengthen the Rainbow brand
Track fee collection support, attendance, enquiries and admissions numbers and report weekly to leadership

What we're looking for
7–12 years of experience in school or preschool administration, campus operations or centre management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven record in admissions, parent engagement and managing a team of staff
Solid organisation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Comfortable with ERP/school software, MS Office and Google Workspace
Graduate degree required; MBA, B.Ed or a related qualification is an advantage
Transparent communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
Based in or near Thane, able to work on-site full-time (Mon–Sat)
