The platform serves eCommerce, SaaS, service, media brands, and agencies, focusing on increasing sales and reducing customer acquisition costs.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Python Selenium MySQL Development role focused on building and maintaining systems that power flareAI’s search and marketing automation capabilities. The role includes designing, developing, and optimizing Python-based services and scripts that interact with web applications using Selenium for automated browsing, data extraction, and testing. The developer will work with MySQL databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity and performance across large datasets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, implementing integrations with external platforms and APIs, and troubleshooting, monitoring, and improving existing codebases and automation pipelines. The role also involves writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews,



and contributing to deployment and performance optimization in a cloud-based setting.

Qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python, including writing modular, testable, and maintainable code.
Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar web automation frameworks for browser automation, scraping, and testing.
Proficiency with MySQL (or similar relational databases), including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, JSON) and integrating with third-party platforms.
Experience working in cloud or distributed environments (e.g., AWS) and basic understanding of deployment and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and team-oriented development workflows.
Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Background in data processing, automation, or search-related applications is a plus.
Programming practical experience.
