Job Title: Sales Executive

FactWise is a fully funded, early-stage b2b SaaS startup offering solutions to a global client base. The flagship product is an end-to-end S2P solution designed to transform procurement for product manufacturing companies across industries. Our singular focus is to create a truly distinctive procurement platform that delights users and provides sustainable positive impact to the organizations we serve. We achieve this by providing transparency and insights to leaders, streamlining and automating processes to improve efficiency, and driving bottom-line impact by unlocking savings potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and generate more qualified leads while building solid relationships with clients
Do market research, collect information about prospective buyers, reach out to them through prospecting emails and social media platforms, and work towards converting them to loyal customers
Collect and store client information and resolve client issues,



challenges and feedbacks in a timely manner using CRM software
Manage marketing campaigns, build content for external and internal touch points, participate in events, create brand awareness through various social media platforms for customer conversion
Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking surveys, analyse and recommend actions for implementing customer feedback
Gather customer and market insights to make informed outreach strategies
Call and connect with prospective clients to explain SaaS products.
Arrange meetings and product demos with potential customers.

Requirements:

• Fresher–2 years of experience in product sales.

• Robust communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage with clients and clearly explain product value.

• Positive email writing and follow-up skills.
