We are hiring Tour Consultants for ITDMC, a travel company. You will call leads, understand their travel needs, share suitable packages, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities:
Call leads and generate travel enquiries
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Share package details and quotations
Follow up regularly and close the lead
Update lead status daily in the CRM or sheet
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp)
Responsible and target-oriented
Freshers with valuable speaking skills are welcome
