Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Palamaner. The Video Editor will work closely with the production team to edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and reviewing footage, cutting and assembling sequences, adding transitions, effects, motion graphics, and sound, and performing color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency. The role involves collaborating with directors, designers, and other stakeholders to align videos with project objectives and brand guidelines, as well as preparing final outputs in appropriate formats and resolutions. The Video Editor is expected to maintain an efficient workflow,



manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while upholding high quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Editing and Video Production for a variety of formats and platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual quality.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
Candidates should demonstrate solid storytelling ability, visual sense, and attention to detail.
Candidates should have good time management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, and work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Prior experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role, with a portfolio or showreel showcasing work, is highly beneficial.
