Ocean One Ship Management is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Mohali.
Location: Mohali (in office)
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Employment type: Full-time
Key responsibilities
Post and maintain accurate ledger entries
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings
Manage GST data, reconciliation, and return support
Maintain day-to-day accounts and records in Tally
Assist with bank reconciliation, vendor payments and month-end closing
Coordinate with the senior accounts team on audits and compliance
What we’re looking for
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance
Good working knowledge of ledger entries, TDS, GST, and Tally
Robust attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Positive communication skills and a willingness to learn
Candidates from Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula tricity preferred, as this is a Mohali-only role
