Position: Sandwich Line Crew
Job Description:
Responsible for assembling sandwiches and toasts as per standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines while maintaining speed, consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble sandwiches as per standard recipes and SOPs.
Follow correct layering, portioning and plating standards.
Maintain food hygiene and personal cleanliness.
Keep the workstation clean and organised.
Follow food safety, storage and FIFO guidelines.
Ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
Minimise food wastage and maintain ingredient quality.
Follow kitchen discipline and operational SOPs.
Requirements:
QSR or kitchen experience preferred.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Attention to detail and consistency.
Freshers welcome.
