Job Title: Telecaller / Inside Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or closing sales. To be successful, you should be able to handle rejection gracefully, maintain a positive attitude, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calling : Initiate contact with potential or existing customers to promote products/services using a predefined script.
Lead Generation : Identify customer needs, answer questions about our offerings, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Database Management : Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up dates in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Customer Relationship Building : Build rapport with customers to understand their pain points and provide appropriate solutions.
Target Achievement : Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
Feedback Collection :



Note customer suggestions or complaints and share them with the management team to help improve our services.

Requirements & Skills
Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
Experience : Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Representative, or in a Customer Service role is preferred.
Communication : Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Spanish].
Tech-Savvy : Basic knowledge of computer systems and experience using CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
Resilience : Ability to handle rejection and remain qualified under pressure.
Negotiation : Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to "close the deal" or convince a lead to take the next step.
