Hiring: International Voice Process Agent

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain qualified communication and a high level of customer service.
Understand customer requirements and address concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet assigned quality and productivity targets.
Follow company processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of spoken English with a neutral or international accent preferred.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and qualified.
