Job Responsibilities
Identify and onboard current Retailers, Distributors and Super Distributors.
Promote the company's financial and banking services, including AEPS, DMT, BBPS, MATM, Money Transfer and Utility Bill Payments.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
Visit local markets, shops and business establishments to generate recent leads.
Assist retailers and distributors with account opening, KYC and onboarding procedures.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Explain company services, commission structures and promotional offers to potential business partners.
Coordinate with the operations and support teams to resolve retailer and distributor issues.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales and business development reports to management.
