Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and within timelines.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain and update records in MS Excel (sales data, order status, customer database, etc.).
Track order processing from receipt to dispatch.
Handle back-office documentation and administrative tasks.
Support sales and operations teams with required data and reports.
Ensure proper filing and record management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in back office / administrative role.
Robust working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data management).




Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills
Experience in quotation preparation and order processing.
Familiarity with ERP or billing software (if applicable).
Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics coordination.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
