Broad outline of the Role

The Network Operations and Support role is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Tata Communications network infrastructure across domains. The role drives operational excellence through proactive incident management, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted monitoring to improve network performance, reduce service disruptions, and enhance operational efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams and OEM partners, the incumbent ensures high network availability, rapid issue resolution, and adherence to service standards while leveraging data-driven insights, automation frameworks, and emerging technologies to continuously strengthen network operations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Graduation with 4-7 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and maintenance of network infrastructure by utilizing monitoring tools and analytics, including AI-assisted dashboards, to drive efficiency and availability.
Collaborate with technical teams and OEM partners to implement enhancements and resolve issues,



making use of AI-supported diagnostics and root cause analysis where applicable.
Execute proactive and reactive fault management using incident detection platforms and automated ticketing systems ensure timely customer communication and updates.
Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities for repetitive manual tasks, working with automation platforms and scripting tools to streamline operations.
Review and update SOPs based on insights from change management and incident trends, including those generated by AI tools, to minimize errors and improve processes.
Monitor network and environmental performance using real-time dashboards and alerts, leveraging AI-driven notifications to ensure minimal service interruption.
Oversee network equipment maintenance and security operations, utilizing predictive maintenance and anomaly detection tools, including those with AI capabilities.
Support the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of recent network equipment, using configuration and validation tools that may incorporate AI assistance.
Perform and document repair and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction through data-driven service restoration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
