Title: Strategy & Operations Lead – Category

Compensation: 35 LPA fixed

A Series B impact-tech startup with $25M in funding, running a B2B corporate social responsibility and volunteering platform.

The Role

- We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive strategy, commercialization and growth for key volunteering offerings.
- You will own the category end-to-end — P&L;, pricing, GTM and cross-functional execution — to build scalable, revenue-generating offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end performance of volunteering offerings, including revenue, margins and scalability.
- Define pricing, cost structures and unit economics to ensure profitability.
- Track performance metrics and optimize revenue and margins.
- Develop positioning, messaging and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with GTM teams to drive demand generation and deal conversion.
- Define category launch processes, success criteria and reusable playbooks.
- Co-create activity development processes with the Experience Design team.
- Align strategy, execution and customer experience across teams, and drive timely, high-quality delivery.

What We're Looking For





- Built or launched a category.
- Experience in strategy consulting, category management, or founder/co-founder roles in 0-to-1 environments.
- Owned or contributed to P&L;, pricing or revenue-driven initiatives.

Must Haves:

- Experience at Urban Company, Swiggy, VLCC, Zomato, Meesho or similar companies.
- Created positioning, messaging or sales enablement materials for an offering.
