An edtech startup focused on premium entrepreneurship and startup leadership programs.

The Role

- We are looking for a high-impact Founder's Office hire to build and scale the organization's startup ecosystem and partnerships engine.
- You will work closely with founders, senior operators, VCs and hiring leaders, and with the leadership team on high-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent the organization across the startup, VC and business ecosystem.
- Build and manage high-trust relationships with founders, operators, investors and senior hiring stakeholders.
- Create and unlock high-quality career, internship and strategic opportunities.
- Drive partnerships and initiatives from idea to execution.
- Build scalable processes and systems to strengthen the partnerships engine.
- Work closely with the leadership team on high-priority strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Worked at a startup, VC firm or consulting firm.
- Held a sales, partnerships or business development role.
- Solved a 0→1 problem, such as building a function, market or partnership channel from scratch.




- At least one quantified business outcome (revenue, deals, partnerships or partners onboarded).
- Education: Tier-1 postgraduate education.

Must Haves:

- A founder or co-founder role, or involvement in an incubator, accelerator, angel network or startup community.
- A Founder's Office, Chief of Staff or investor/portfolio support role.
