Compensation: 60 LPA fixed + 30–50% performance bonus or higher (total CTC 78–90 LPA+, potentially exceeding 1 Cr)

The Role

- We are looking for a Manager to lead high-impact strategy and business transformation engagements, manage client relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.
- You will lead teams of consultants and analysts and work directly with senior client executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consulting engagements on growth strategy, business transformation and operational improvement.
- Develop actionable strategic recommendations for complex business problems.
- Manage client relationships and engage with senior executives and business leaders.
- Lead teams of consultants and analysts to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Drive market assessments, commercial due diligence, operating model design and strategic planning.
- Present recommendations and implementation roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of previous consulting experience at a consulting firm.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute.




- Strong background in strategy consulting, business transformation and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and lead project workstreams.

Must Haves:

- Experience leading consulting teams and managing end-to-end engagements.
- Exposure to multiple industries and complex transformation programs.
- Robust financial modelling, strategic planning and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working directly with CXOs and senior management.
