networks — operating a broadcast radio network, digital podcasting and a content studio,

and growing its digital entertainment business across India and international markets.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth Head to lead user acquisition and retention for the digital

entertainment business across India and international markets.

You will own growth end-to-end, working closely with Product and Content, and build

the playbook for international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own growth across paid acquisition, organic channels, partnerships, influencers and referrals.
- Drive retention and engagement through lifecycle campaigns, notifications,
- personalization and community features.
- Manage unit economics, experimentation and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Content teams.
- Develop international expansion playbooks and adapt growth strategies for different markets.

What We're Looking For

- Owned full-funnel user acquisition across paid channels, organic, partnerships, influencers and referrals.
- Drove user retention and engagement through lifecycle campaigns,



notifications or personalization.
- Proven track record managing growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention cohorts and payback period.
- Built or executed growth strategies for international markets.

Must Haves:

- Experience in a digital entertainment, content or consumer app business.
- Experience running growth experimentation and forecasting.
- Experience building community features as a retention lever.
