The Role
- We are looking for an Associate to work with senior consultants and client leadership on complex business challenges, growth strategies and business transformation.
- You will work on high-impact engagements across industries and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on strategy engagements across industries and business functions.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and financial analysis.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex client problems.
- Prepare presentations and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate transformation or related functions.
- MBA from a leading business school preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Must Haves:
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments.
