One of India's large conglomerates, based in Mumbai, building a new mining business focused on gold, lithium and other critical minerals.

The Role

- We are looking for senior strategy and generalist leaders to identify opportunities, build partnerships and stand up the mining business.
- You will work across opportunity evaluation, project execution, technology, partnerships and organization building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate new mining opportunities across gold, lithium and other strategic minerals.
- Build partnerships with mining companies, governments and international players.
- Develop sourcing and procurement strategies for mining equipment and infrastructure.
- Lead large-scale mining and mineral development projects from planning to execution, including greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Evaluate and implement advanced technologies for exploration, extraction and processing.
- Support investment evaluations, acquisitions and business expansion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and regulatory milestones.
- Build organizational structures,



hiring pipelines and workforce plans for technical and operational roles.

What We're Looking For

- Consultant or generalist profile from the mining industry, with specific work across gold, lithium or other critical minerals.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Education: Tier-1 education.
