- Rivi Labs builds AI-first products and data-driven software for global clients across industries, including healthcare and travel. We're hiring multiple senior data engineers to design the data architecture, pipelines, and BI systems that turn complex data into business insight.

What you'll do

- Design and own data architecture, data models, and ETL pipelines that power reporting and analytics.
- Build and maintain data transformations and workflow orchestration on AWS.
- Design and develop BI dashboards and reports that translate data into clear business insights.
- Solve complex data and technology problems in fast-paced production environments.
- Work with relational databases: schema design, scalability, and performant SQL.
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work in Agile cycles (Scrum / Kanban) tracked in JIRA.
- Deliver across both enterprise-grade release cycles and short, iterative SaaS product cycles.

What we're looking for

- 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience, with a robust focus on data architecture, ETL, BI, and analytics.
- Solid programming skills in Python or Java.
- Strong relational database skills: schema design, scalability,



and SQL for querying and extracting data.
- Solid understanding of ETL, data structures, metadata management, and workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain data insights and technical approaches to non-technical audiences.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: healthcare industry experience, with familiarity with HIPAA, SOC, and HITRUST compliance.
