Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new corporate clients for events, conferences, product launches, annual days, award ceremonies, and brand activations.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Client Acquisition: Connect with marketing teams, HR heads, procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers.
- Pitching & Proposals: Understand client briefs, coordinate with creative and operations teams, and present customized event proposals.
- Revenue Generation: Own individual sales targets and drive consistent business growth.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
- Sales Closure: Manage negotiations, commercial discussions, follow-ups, and deal closures.




- CRM Management: Maintain an updated sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide regular sales reports. Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of proven experience in corporate event sales or business development within an event agency.
- Strong understanding of corporate events, conferences, product launches, and brand experiences.
- Existing corporate client network and industry connections preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads, pitch ideas, and close deals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment. Important: Candidates with experience exclusively in wedding planning or social events will not be considered.
