Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Etawah. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers to understand their requirements, present suitable product solutions, and support them through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, demonstrating products, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and delivery, and handling basic after-sales questions to ensure customer satisfaction. The Salesperson is expected to build long-term relationships with clients, represent the company professionally,



and contribute to local market growth. Qualifications
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product features clearly.
• Customer relationship management capabilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge or interest in electrical/electronic products and willingness to learn product specifications and applications.
• Ability to work in office in Etawah, manage time effectively, and handle field visits and travel within the local area.
• Proficiency in maintaining sales records, using basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets), and reporting performance.
• Prior experience in field sales or retail sales is preferred, especially within manufacturing or related industries.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
