Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full-time, remote role that supports the growth of NexLevr’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with outreach to prospective customers, supporting digital and social media marketing campaigns, and helping prepare sales presentations and basic marketing materials. The intern will respond to customer inquiries, participate in lead generation activities, and help maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Additional tasks may include conducting market research, gathering customer feedback,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and improve the customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with prospects and respond to inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and basic negotiation or persuasion abilities.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Training and Sales Management support, such as assisting with onboarding materials, sales playbooks, and performance tracking.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Comfort with using online collaboration tools, CRM systems, and basic productivity software.
• Interest in technology, startups, or product-led businesses and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
