What You'll Do
1. Social Media Property Ownership & Growth
• Manage and grow multiple niche social media properties across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Develop content strategies for different accounts and audience segments.
• Experiment with different content categories, formats and distribution approaches.
• Take ownership of account growth, engagement and performance. 2. Content Discovery & Intelligence
• Discover interesting, trending and high-potential content from across the internet.
• Develop an eye for identifying content that can attract attention and generate engagement.
• Understand internet trends, audience preferences and viral content patterns.
• Identify content opportunities relevant to Speak Sharp's target audiences. 3. Creative Strategy & Content Engineering
• Develop compelling hooks, narratives and storytelling angles around curated content.
• Experiment with creative overlays, visual treatments, text formats and reusable content templates.
• Identify opportunities to transform interesting videos and social media content into engaging Speak Sharp challenges.
• Continuously experiment with different creative approaches to improve content performance. 4. Growth Analytics & Experimentation
• Track and analyse content performance, including views, reach, engagement,



retention and follower growth.
• Understand what works, what doesn't and why.
• Experiment with different hooks, formats, content categories and creative strategies.
• Identify winning patterns and use insights to improve account growth. 5. AI Tools & Marketing Automation
• Explore AI tools for content research, discovery, creative ideation and production.
• Experiment with automation tools to streamline content workflows.
• Help develop systems for high-volume content operations and social media distribution.

• Experience running Instagram theme pages, meme pages, niche accounts or other social media properties.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or other creative tools.
• Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and automation tools.
