Quirky Jewellery(Part of Clart Studios) is a fast-growing jewellery brand known for fun, distinctive designs that get people noticed. Our customers tell us strangers stop them to ask where they bought their earrings, and we want our content to feel just as fun to watch. We’re scaling our organic presence on Instagram and are looking for a content creator who wants to grow with us. What you’ll do
• Shoot product photos and videos of our jewellery: on-model shots, close-ups, and lifestyle content
• Edit and deliver ready-to-post Instagram Reels every week, with robust hooks, on-screen text, and trending audio
• Plan and run weekly shoot days with models and creators (you don’t need to appear on camera yourself)
• Film street and in-store interaction videos, such as asking people to pick an earring for a friend
• Turn trends and our content ideas into reels that people save, share, and send to friends
• Create 2–3 variations of top reels for us to test as ads
• Track how each reel performs (reach, shares, watch time) and use that to make the next one better
• Keep our footage library organized and easy to find What we’re looking for
• A portfolio of reels or videos you’ve shot and edited yourself (personal or freelance work counts)




• Comfortable shooting on a phone or camera, with a good eye for light, framing, and detail
• Confident editing in IG Edits, CapCut etc.
• Strong sense of Instagram trends, hooks, and what makes a video shareable
• Comfortable approaching and directing people during shoots
• Reliable, organized, and able to deliver on a weekly schedule Nice to have
• Experience with fashion, beauty, or product content
• Basic photo editing (Lightroom or Snapseed)
• Interest in jewellery, fashion, or D2C brands Details

Location:
On-site at our office in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai
• Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (10AM
- 6PM)
• Stipend: ₹15k
- 20k per month
• Duration: 4 months, with the possibility of a full-time role
