As a Capital Projects & Infrastructure Senior Associate you will support client work across project schedules, budgets, forecasting, risk review, project data validation, contract document review, project controls, and reports and presentations within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, guide junior team members, and bring a practical understanding of how your work supports broader transaction and value creation goals. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to proposals and business development activities, help develop project management processes, and support capital projects work that helps clients navigate transaction challenges and assess value across infrastructure engagements. Responsibilities
• Reviewing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments for capital projects and infrastructure engagements
• Validating project data and reconciling contract documents, billing terms, and rate build ups to contractual requirements




• Supporting the development and refinement of project management processes and control activities across workstreams
• Contributing to the design, implementation, and monitoring of project controls for cost, schedule, and performance tracking
• Preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables that summarize findings, progress, and key issues
• Assisting in proposal development and pursuit activities that support practice growth and current client opportunities
• Applying financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis techniques to evaluate project and transaction impacts
• Interpreting contract terms, invoice support, and project information to identify risks, gaps, and value creation opportunities

• Review contract documents to assess whether project billing and rate build ups are aligned to contractual requirements
•
• Experience implementing project controls or cost and schedule analysis
• Experience in contract management across different project delivery models and reviewing invoices for payment requisitions on large scale infrastructure projects What You Must Have
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
• Demonstrating project controls experience across capital projects and infrastructure
• Validating project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments
• Reviewing contract documents and billing rate build-ups
• Performing independent project data validation and analysis
• Presenting findings through reports, presentations, and proposals
• Utilizing Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning tools
