Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Hiresa Designer Store is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning for store and back-office teams. The Human Resources Manager develops and implements HR policies, ensures compliance with applicable labor laws, and maintains accurate employee records. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, managing performance review processes, coordinating training and development, and supporting leadership with organizational planning. The role also involves overseeing payroll inputs, leave management, workplace safety,



and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, and retention. Qualifications
