About the Job As a Salesforce Developer, you will support the design, development, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (PRM), and Agentforce initiatives. You will deliver new business requirements, build scalable solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues. You will also support integrations, migrations, and ongoing production stability. This role requires hands-on technical ownership and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. What you’ll do
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, and Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deploy Salesforce customizations and configurations, delivering secure, scalable solutions that follow Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code through Git-based version control, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and CI/CD processes.
• Independently own technical implementation end to end, assessing requirements and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Independently develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy Salesforce solutions, working hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to customize the Salesforce platform and align solutions with business needs.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the development lifecycle through code reviews, troubleshooting, and CI/CD best practices.
• Produce technical documentation and support ongoing platform enhancements,



including Experience Cloud and Agentforce capabilities where applicable. What you’ll need
• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience at a mid-to-senior level.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, sharing models, and platform best practices.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and scalable solution design.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud.
• Experience managing Salesforce deployments using Git-based version control and CI/CD tools.
• Proven, hands-on experience building custom UI solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Track record of delivering complex Salesforce features and supporting production releases.
