About the role
We’re looking for a junior influencer executive who lives on social media and can turn creator research into signed partnerships, fast. What you’ll do
• Find and vet creators on Instagram/TikTok/YouTube for audience fit, engagement quality, content style and brand safety.
• Write personalised outreach that gets replies.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables and usage rights within agreed budgets.
• Close partnerships,



then coordinate briefs, product seeding and content timelines.
• Spot trends, sounds and formats early, and bring ideas to the team.
• Maintain the creator pipeline and report on outreach and campaign results. What we’re looking for
• 0-2 years in influencer marketing, social media, PR or partnerships.
• Robust writing and negotiation skills.
• Daily, hands-on familiarity with social platforms and creator culture.
• Highly organised; able to run many conversations at once.
• Familiarity with influencer tools is a plus.
• Flexible to accommodate US

working hours
(EST/PST) when needed for creator calls and deadlines.
• Optional: baby, parenting or US-market brand experience is a plus.
