Key Responsibilities
• Execute digital marketing, social media, email and outreach campaigns.
• Generate, qualify, nurture and convert leads into enrolments, registrations and sales.
• Engage prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails and meetings to close sales.
• Drive B2B and B2C sales,



institutional partnerships and corporate outreach.
• Manage CRM, sales pipelines, follow-ups and revenue targets.
• Track campaign performance, conversion rates and sales outcomes. Ideal Candidate
• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing and sales; EdTech experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads, close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, LinkedIn and AI tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable taking ownership of results. We need someone who doesn't just generate leads but knows how to convert them into revenue.
