About ThreddleThreddle is a Silicon Valley-based AI startup building a decision intelligence and automation platform for consumer brands and retailers. We help brands understand market trends, monitor competitors, optimize product catalogs, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into action. We're looking for a creative, analytical, and hands-on Marketing & Growth Specialist who understands consumer brands and can execute across content, websites, digital marketing, and growth campaigns.

What You'll Do
Brand Strategy & Content Marketing
• Develop compelling brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging for Threddle and our consumer brand clients.
• Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Build content strategies that improve brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Translate consumer trends and market insights into engaging, conversion-focused content. Website Development & Optimization
• Independently build, update, and maintain websites using Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Create landing pages, optimize product pages, and improve website conversion rates.
• Implement SEO, analytics, and website performance improvements.
• Manage product catalogs, merchandising content, and digital storefront updates.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AI-assisted website development is a strong plus. Growth Marketing & Customer Acquisition
• Plan and execute organic and paid growth campaigns across social media, search,



and email.
• Improve traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation through experimentation and A/B testing.
• Develop influencer, creator, and brand collaboration strategies.
• Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools. CPG, Fashion & Retail Marketing
• Develop marketing strategies tailored to consumer brands in fashion, apparel, beauty, food, and CPG.
• Understand product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail merchandising, and customer purchasing behavior.
• Support emerging brands with market positioning, product storytelling, and digital expansion.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, creators, and business development teams. Who We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing and growth experience, preferably with CPG, fashion, apparel, beauty, or DTC consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, brand storytelling, and successful growth campaigns.
• Hands-on website development experience is essential
• Proficiency in Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, or similar website platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO,



content marketing, social media, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-powered creative tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and execute quickly.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where strategy and execution go hand in hand. What Success Looks Like
