Role Description The Branch Manager at Skymark Education will oversee daily operations of the Kannur North branch, ensuring efficient delivery of counseling and support services to students. This full time, on-site role includes managing staff, setting performance goals, monitoring workflows, and maintaining high service standards. The Branch Manager will handle student inquiries, coordinate counseling sessions, oversee application support processes, and ensure accurate information is shared about international education options. The role also involves engaging with local partners, organizing events or seminars, tracking branch performance metrics, and implementing strategies to grow branch outreach and enrollment. The Branch Manager will report to senior leadership, provide regular updates on branch activities,



and ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality guidelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and motivate teams to meet goals.
