Location:
Fully Remote (Global) Time Commitment: Approximately 10 hours per task

Key Responsibilities
• Design realistic, multi-step legal and compliance tasks.
• Review contracts, legal documents, policies and compliance requirements.
• Develop objective grading criteria and review standards.
• Evaluate complex scenarios involving conflicting legal or business requirements.
• Create or source relevant supporting documents and reference materials.
• Ensure tasks are transparent, challenging and objectively gradable. Preferred

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Legal,



Compliance or Contract Review.
• Experience with legal review checklists, compliance frameworks or contract review standards.
• Strong document analysis and written communication skills.
• JD, active legal licence or compliance certification is an advantage.
• AI/LLM evaluation experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Important: Prior AI experience is not required. Strong legal and compliance domain expertise is what matters.
