As a Senior Telecom Voice Admin you will support cloud and infrastructure operations within our Managed Services practice, focusing on voice administration, service continuity, and day-to-day operational support for client environments. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating changing priorities and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to the operation and maintenance of telecom and voice platforms, interpret incidents and service requests, coordinate resolution steps, and apply technical knowledge to help deliver consistent service outcomes. You will also have opportunities to strengthen your personal brand, broaden your technical skills across cloud and infrastructure services, and support the broader IT Infrastructure Managed Services offering through dependable delivery and thoughtful communication. Responsibilities




• Administering cloud and on-premises voice infrastructure operations across managed service environments
• Troubleshooting telephony, voice, and collaboration platform issues to restore service performance
• Monitoring system health, availability, and performance using observability and digital tooling platforms
• Supporting incident response, problem resolution, and service requests within assigned workstreams
• Implementing configuration changes, patches, and routine maintenance for voice administration platforms
• Reviewing alerts, logs, and metrics to identify service risks and recurring operational issues
• Documenting operational procedures, escalation steps, and technical findings for service continuity
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to align support activities with service expectations
• Guiding junior team members through issue triage, task execution, and technical handoffs
• Applying cloud administration knowledge across Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms as needed What You Must Have
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
• Cloud administration experience in managed services environments
• Supporting telecom or voice administration across enterprise platforms
• Troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, service delivery, and performance issues
• Using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud
• Applying Splunk, Dynatrace APM, or CrowdStrike for operations monitoring
• Communicating client needs while guiding junior team members
