Healthcare companies manage complicated finances across multiple entities, bank accounts, payer payments, reimbursements, cards, and transfers. Today, much of this work is handled through traditional banks, spreadsheets, and manual processes. Lemma brings these workflows into one platform. Our customers use Lemma to manage their money, reconcile payments, automate transfers, issue cards, and run their financial operations more easily. About the role
We are looking for an AI-native Business Operations Associate to help solve problems across the company. You will work across risk, operations, product, and go-to-market. Your work might include improving a process, investigating a customer or transaction issue, helping product design a better workflow, analyzing data, or building a new system from scratch. AI should be part of how you work every day. We expect you to use AI tools to research, analyze, write, automate, and move faster. We are looking for someone who is curious about new tools and turns them into practical advantages. This role is a good fit for someone who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on problems without a clear playbook. You will be expected to understand the problem, suggest a solution, and help implement it.

What you'll do
• Improve operational processes and reduce manual work

• 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business operations, risk, fintech, or a startup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• AI-native, with experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI products in your daily work
• Able to use AI thoughtfully, verify its output, and apply good judgment
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and metrics
• Explicit written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Strong ownership and a bias toward action
• Comfortable working across different teams
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Willing to work with approximately 80% overlap with Pacific Time Healthcare experience is not required. We care most about how you think, how quickly you learn, how you use technology, and whether you can solve problems and get things done. Nice to have
