This role involves advising clients on destinations, travel options, and packages that match their preferences and budget, while ensuring comfort and value. The Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, local transportation, tours, and activities, and coordinating changes or cancellations as needed. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing detailed itineraries, confirming reservations, and providing accurate information about visas, insurance, and travel guidelines.



The Travel Consultant will also deliver attentive customer service, resolve issues promptly, maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and deals, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and client satisfaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to understand client needs and design suitable itineraries.
• Candidates should possess skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations across flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry, particularly in agency or tour operations, is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with proficiency in common travel booking tools and office software.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Educational background in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
