Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to investigate data discrepancies, analyze issues, and coordinate resolution activities. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, documentation, and customer support skills. Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments is an advantage. Experience Of 7-8 Years Is Required. Additional Information: Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production support environment is preferred. Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support organizations is preferred.
