S. Central Time (CST/CDT) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, automating business processes, and implementing intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases, develop innovative solutions, and deliver practical AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and customize applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Develop AI-driven workflows and intelligent business process automation using Microsoft AI Builder.
• Configure and develop AI assistants and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement business use cases for AI and intelligent automation.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into business applications and workflows.
• Develop solutions for document processing, data extraction, classification, summarization, and conversational AI.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and external systems using APIs and connectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop prototypes,



and deliver AI solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, document, and optimize AI applications and automated workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI development, Microsoft Power Platform, or business process automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI.
• Understanding of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and LLM-based applications.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and Microsoft connectors.
• Ability to translate business requirements and use cases into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform governance.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph API and enterprise AI integrations.
• Understanding of AI security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Azure AI certifications are a plus. Work Schedule This is a fully remote position based in India. Candidates must be available to work during U.
