Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Representative. The Marketing Representative will promote Lab Tech Consultancy’s services, build and maintain client relationships, and support sales initiatives. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective and existing clients, presenting service offerings, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting with training materials that help clients understand available solutions.



The Marketing Representative will track activities and results, provide feedback from the market, and contribute to continuous improvement of marketing and sales strategies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and address inquiries effectively.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to identify opportunities, support lead generation, and help close new business.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support client education on services, tools, and processes.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks in a remote environment.
• Relevant experience in marketing, account management, or business development, ideally in consulting, laboratory, or technology sectors.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
