Role Description The Web Content Manager Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the creation, organization, and maintenance of content across HK Technical’s web platforms. The intern will help manage website content libraries, update pages, and ensure information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing web content, assisting with content planning and scheduling,



and collaborating with team members to keep educational and creative sections up to date. The intern will also support basic web analytics reporting, monitor user engagement, and contribute ideas to improve content structure and user experience. This internship offers practical experience in web content management within a growing Ed-Tech environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Management and Project Management to organize, maintain, and deliver web content on schedule.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused materials for multiple platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to interpret basic performance metrics and support data-informed content decisions.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
• Familiarity with content management systems, basic HTML, or website administration tools is beneficial.
• Interest in Ed-Tech, online learning, or digital media; current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant program (e.g., communications, IT, design, or related fields) is an advantage.
