Role Description The Associate Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for Leafspace’s design and plantscaping services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and involves prospecting leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting tailored solutions for residential, office, and commercial projects. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution, and tracking sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems.



The Associate Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, participate in networking events, and contribute to marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate sales reports, following up with clients on ongoing projects, and providing feedback that helps refine service offerings and customer experience.
