About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our core digital delivery team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing architectural BIM models across LOD 300 to LOD 500, handling clash coordination, and producing high-accuracy construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage detailed Architectural 3D BIM models from LOD 300 up to LOD 500 using Autodesk Revit.
• Generate complete construction and shop drawing packages (plans, elevations, sections, and schedules).
• Perform multi-disciplinary clash detection and resolution in Navisworks Manage.
• Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, standards, and QA/QC workflows.
• Coordinate seamlessly with MEP, Structural,



and project management teams. Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.
Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.
Arch).
•

Experience:
4–5 years of proven experience in architectural BIM workflows.
• Strong command over Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Deep understanding of BIM modeling standards, parameters, family creation, and LOD requirements (300 to 500).
• Good communication and cooperative coordination skills.
