Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant and bakery operations across brands, ensuring smooth service, consistent quality, and adherence to company standards. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, monitoring inventory and supply chain, and coordinating with vendors to maintain timely and cost-effective procurement. The Operations Manager will track key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on operational strategies, supporting new initiatives, and fostering a culture aligned with Moonshot Foodworks’ values.



Qualifications
• Strong operations management skills, with experience in F&B; or hospitality environments and a proven ability to manage multi-outlet or multi-brand operations.
• Competence in staff leadership, team supervision, and performance management, including training, coaching, and building collaborative work cultures.
• Skills in inventory management, vendor coordination, and basic supply chain oversight to ensure cost control and continuity of service.
• Ability to monitor financial and operational KPIs, interpret data, and support budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and community stakeholders.
• Comfort with using digital tools and POS/restaurant management systems to streamline operations and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field; relevant work experience in operations management can substitute where appropriate.
• Ability to work in office in the Greater Delhi Area, including flexible hours and weekend or holiday shifts as required.
• Demonstrated alignment with startup culture, including adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and enthusiasm for building long-term brands. Expected compensation: 6-9 LPA CTC based on the candidates's experience.
