Role Description The Food and Beverage Server will provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests in the café, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining coffee and food options, taking orders, serving beverages and food items, and maintaining clean and organized tables and service areas. The role also involves handling payments, answering questions about coffee origins and preparation methods,



and supporting basic café tasks such as restocking supplies and coordinating with the barista and kitchen teams. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun, requiring consistent presence during assigned shifts and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Food Service skills to provide efficient, courteous, and accurate service.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact respectfully and clearly with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess practical Food & Beverage knowledge, including basic coffee and café service, or be willing to learn.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality workplace is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle busy service hours, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in coffee and guest experience.
