Bean Boutique is expanding our artisanal chocolate line, and we are looking for a visionary Head Chocolatier to lead our kitchen, craft signature collections, and spearhead our next phase of culinary growth What You Will Do:
• Craft & Innovate: Design, test, and execute signature bean-to-bar recipes, artisanal pralines, truffles, and seasonal collections.
• Master Technique: Maintain rigorous control over tempering, enrobing, molding, and shelf-life stability without artificial preservatives.
• Lead Production: Manage small-batch kitchen operations, ensure strict quality standards, and minimize waste while scaling production.
• Collaborate on Expansion: Partner with our leadership team as we develop new product lines and prepare for international market expansion.



What We Are Looking For:
• Proven hands-on experience as a Chocolatier or Pastry Chef specializing in artisanal, Bean-to-retail chocolate.
• Deep mastery of cocoa processing, bean roasting profiles, and crystallization science.
• An eye for aesthetic detail, flavor profiling, and luxury packaging presentation.
• Robust understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and inventory cost control.
