Role Description The Public Speaking Mentor is responsible for guiding learners in developing effective communication, presentation, and public speaking skills in a remote, contract-based capacity. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering interactive online sessions, workshops, and practice activities focused on confidence building, speech structuring, voice modulation, and audience engagement. The mentor will provide individualized feedback, assess learner progress, and design practical exercises such as role-plays, debates, and mock presentations. This role also involves collaborating with the education team to refine curricula, adapting teaching approaches to diverse learner needs, and maintaining a supportive, encouraging learning atmosphere.



The Public Speaking Mentor will use digital tools and e-learning platforms to manage sessions, track performance, and ensure a high-quality online learning experience. Qualifications
