Role Description The Salesforce Data Architect is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and maintaining robust data architectures within Salesforce and integrated systems. This role includes defining data models, data standards, and governance frameworks to ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across the organization. The Salesforce Data Architect will oversee ETL processes, data warehousing solutions, and integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, optimizing data flows for reporting and analytics. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, performing data quality assessments, and supporting performance tuning and best practices.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Architecture and Data Modeling, with a focus on Salesforce platforms and related enterprise systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Data Governance, including establishing data standards, policies, and controls for data quality, privacy, and security.
• Candidates should possess skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Data Warehousing, including design, implementation, and optimization of data pipelines and storage solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar), and CRM data structures is highly beneficial.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote environments and communicating complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or related data/BI certifications) are a plus.
