Role Description The Legal Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and executing collection activities on overdue accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Anand and involves coordinating with customers to negotiate repayment plans, issuing legal notices where required, and following up on legal cases related to delinquent accounts. The role includes reviewing account histories, preparing documentation for legal proceedings, and working closely with internal finance and legal teams to resolve disputes. The Legal Collection Executive will also maintain accurate records of collection efforts,



support the implementation of credit control policies, and contribute to reducing non-performing assets while maintaining respectful and professional communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, with experience in managing overdue accounts and implementing recovery strategies.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, explain legal and financial terms clearly, and maintain professional customer interactions.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess risk, interpret financial data, and support decisions related to legal actions and repayment plans.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, ideally with exposure to NBFC or banking operations, asset finance, and regulatory considerations.
• Relevant experience in legal collections, recovery, or similar roles within financial services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Anand, manage field visits when required, and collaborate effectively with legal and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to ethical collection practices and applicable laws.
