About the Role
You'll work directly with the CEO on whatever matters most that week. That could be drafting a government proposal, researching a current market, building a pitch deck, or coordinating a pilot. This role is for someone who wants to see how a startup is actually built from the inside.

What You'll Do
• Research markets, competitors, and government schemes for new projects
• Draft proposals, pitch decks, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate with government departments, partners, and vendors
• Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams
• Help with hiring, operations, and day-to-day execution
• Take on special projects and see them through to completion Who We're Looking For
• Strong written and spoken English; Assamese is a big plus
• Clear thinker who can structure messy problems




• Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and AI tools
• Proactive, organised, and reliable with deadlines
• Curious about AI, startups, and public-sector tech
