Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach and enrollment activities to promote ABSOLUTE FOUNDATION’s programs and services. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and involves assisting with lead generation, following up with prospective students, and supporting sales presentations. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential learners and their families, answering inquiries, providing basic customer service, and helping organize promotional events or sessions. The intern will also assist with maintaining contact databases, preparing simple marketing materials or reports,



and collaborating with the training and academic teams to align messaging. This role offers practical exposure to sales and marketing in the education sector and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective students and families.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
• Candidates should possess basic Training and presentation skills to assist in orientations, information sessions, and outreach events.
• Candidates should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, a learner mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and managing a full time schedule.
• Relevant coursework or interest in marketing, business, or education services is beneficial; prior internship or volunteer experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
